A delicious anti oxidant boosting sugar free matcha latte, perfect for anyone watching their sugar or carb intake. Really quick and easy to make and a refreshing switch for a regular tea or coffee.
Heat the cream and the almond milk to just below boiling point.
Blend in the sweetener and matcha powder until it dissolves.
Using a frother, whisk or blender, whisk your latte until light and frothy, ensuring the matcha powder has been well blended and serve hot.
Notes
Feel free to use stevia drops, or your choice of sweetener such as stevia, erythritol or xylitol as well as coconut sugar or sugar of choice. Make sure you also sweeten your matcha latte to suit your taste.Adjust the amount of matcha powder to suit your taste. If new to matcha I recommend starting with 1 teaspoon. If you are a matcha lover you can increase the amount up to about 2 teaspoons.
