  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons ginger powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon allspice powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon gound pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder- caution as it can be very spicy
  • A pinch of ground cloves
