Using quality baking paper, create the size bread/base that you require, ie, 2 medium pizza bases or approx 7-8 smaller sizes or a mix of sizes. Divide the batter into mounds required. Using a silicon spatula, gently press the mix into a round shape approx 5mm thick. Use the spatula’s flat edge to push the edge of base gently inwards to create an even edge. Try to make as even as possible. You can create thinner or thicker bases but you may need to vary the cooking time. Do not make them too thin though or they won't hold their shape.
Cook the bases for approximately 15 minutes, then carefully flip and continue to cook for approximately 5 more minutes.
Remove from the oven. These can be eaten hot straight from the oven or cooled/stored in the fridge or freezer for later use.
