Prawn and Parmesan Zoodles
Prawn and Parmesan Zoodles taste absolutely delicious. Low carb with just a few simple ingredients, they take no time to make at all.

Servings 1 serve
- 200 gms zoodles
- 100 gms fresh/frozen prawns
- 1/2 clove minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon chopped chives or parsley
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Cook the garlic off in the butter and olive oil taking care not to brown. Add the prawns and saute till just cooked
Add chives and salt and pepper to taste.
Add the zoodles and saute for 2-3 minutes until el dente.
Serve topped with shaved Parmesan cheese.
