Omit cocoa/dutch processed cocoa/cacao and add juice of 1/4 to 1/2 lemon for Lemon Cream Cheese Icing- add rind as well if desired
Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of cream when you add the cocoa/ccacao powder for a creamier frosting.
Add 1.5 teaspoons of coffee for a coffee chocolate frosting

Suitable to frost a large single layer or double layer cake or a large batch batch of muffins or cupcakes. You can freeze this frosting but for best results use within 3 months.Note that for best results ensure that your sweetener is in powder form otherwise it will be gritty.
