Dill Mayonnaise Variation- add a good squeeze of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of chopped fennel to ½ cup of mayonnaise and stir until combined.
Notes
A finely diced celery stalk can be added the recipe for variation.You can just use almond meal/almond flour for the crumb if desired.To serve, top with mayonnaise or dill mayonnaise and a simple salad on the side. For a more substantial meal, serve with cauliflower mash and your favorite low carb vegetables. Tastes brilliant served as a burger or bunless burger as well.
