Place the butter, nut butter and coconut oil in a microwave dish and zap until just melted.
Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and stir until combined. Allow to cool slightly in the fridge for a few minutes.
Using a spoon measure, scoop out mixture and roll into balls.
Roll in additional desiccated coconut and store in the fridge.
Add 1/2- 1 teaspoon of peppermint essence for peppermint chocolate bliss balls.Add 1/2 -1 teaspoon of orange essence for orange chocolate bliss balls.If mixture is a little wet, add a small amount of additional almond flour/almond meal. Different brands can absorb varying amounts of moisture.
