Preheat oven to approximately 200 C/400 F fan forced
Method
Trim the brussel sprouts and cut in half lengthwise.
Toss the sprouts along with the onion, bacon and garlic powder till well distributed and then stir through the EVOO.
Spread out on a baking tray and cook in the oven for approximately 25-30 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
Notes
Note that if you like crispy bacon, cook it on it's own in the oven for 5-10 minutes before you use it in the recipe. Reduce cooking time if you prefer this dish less roasted.
