Ingredients

  • 120 ml 4 oz sugar free tomato juice
  • 60 ml /2 oz vodka
  • 1/2 teaspoon horseradish paste
  • A squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt- optional
  • Ground black pepper and salt to taste
  • Tobasco sauce to taste
  • A few drops of Worcestershire sauce- optional
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together and pour into a tall glass over ice.
  • Garnish with a celery stick and your choice of parsley, pickle, olives, lemon wedges, peppers, whole chili or jalapenos.
  • Optional- freshen and lighten the flavor with a top up of soda water.
