Sugar Free Pisco Sour
Low Carb Mixology. You must try this delicious recipe for a Low Carb Peruvian Pisco Sour Cocktail . A sweet and sour frothy lemon delight!

/2 oz Pisco
/1 oz lemon juice
/1 oz low carb simple syrup or a few drops of liquid stevia
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker for 30 seconds.
Top up the shaker with ice.
Shake till icy and strain into a cold glass.
Garnish with a sprinkling of Angostura bitters
Low Carb Simple Syrup
Boil 1 cup of water with 1/4 cup powdered stevia or suitable amount of alternative sweetener for 5 minutes
Store in a sterile glass jar in the fridge for up to 2 months
