Ingredients

Low Carb Espresso Martini Cocktail made with Sugar Free Coffee Liquor

Low Carb Espresso Martini Cocktail (made without a coffee liquor)

  • 45 ml vodka
  • 1 shot espresso-approximately 30 mls/ 1 oz Instant coffee for additional strength if desired
  • 1/2 teaspoon cacao powder/cocoa powder
  • 30 ml pure/pouring cream or coconut cream
  • 30 ml low carb simple syrup- or a few drops of Sweet Leaf drops

Instructions

For Both Cocktail Versions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice
  • Shake till icy and strain into a cold glass
  • Sprinkle a couple of coffee beans or cacao nibs on top to garnish
  • If you need to sweeten these cocktails a little more, add a few more drops of liquid sweetener or Low Carb Simple Syrup

Low Carb Simple Syrup

  • Boil 1 cup of water with 1/4 cup powdered stevia or suitable amount of alternative sweetener for 5 minutes. Store in a sterile glass jar in the fridge for up to 2 months.
