If you’d like more protein then simply add your favorite protein powder. Made with simple ingredients, most of you will have these products on hand. Low Carb Strawberry Smoothie can be made with fresh or frozen strawberries but frozen strawberries give it a thicker consistency and make it icy cold. Ingredients

  • ¼ cup pure/heavy cream or Greek yogurt (or coconut cream/coconut yogurt for dairy free)
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk or nut milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon granulated stevia/erythritol blend or 10 drops of liquid vanilla or plain stevia drops
  • ¾ cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup ice
  • A couple of drops of vanilla extract optional but delicious

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender. Blitz until smooth.
  • Pour into two tall glasses and serve.
