Sugar Free Ranch Dressing

Sugar Free Ranch Dressing

Are you looking for a healthy version of ranch dressing, made with healthy fats and free from sugar. This delicious tasting recipe for Sugar Free Ranch Dressing is all that and more. It tastes amazing, is really easy to make and can be used with so many dishes and recipes. This home made version tastes so much better than anything store-bought and it only takes a few minutes to make.

It isn’t hard to understand why ranch dressing is so popular. It’s a deliciously creamy sauce with a hint of garlic and wonderful herbal flavors. There are many recipes for it, but this version is perfect for anyone following a sugar free or low carb lifestyle, as it is completely free from sugar. The traditional recipe does have buttermilk in it but it has been omitted in this version because of the carb content. Once you taste the dressing, you will discover that the buttermilk is just not necessary either.

How To Use Sugar Free Ranch Dressing

My personal favorite way to eat this is with fried chicken, or chicken wings, and to use it as a dipping sauce. It is also perfect to use as a dipping sauce for fries, including traditional potato fries, but also sweet potato fries. If you think that this doesn’t sound very healthy, make sure you check out these fried chicken recipes. All of them are sugar free and low carb. They are all ideal for anyone with diabetes, celiac or if you are simply trying to reduce your sugar or carb intake. Make sure you try serving Sugar Free Ranch Dressing with Low Carb Oven Fried Chicken or these delicious Sugar Free Crispy BBQ Wings.

This also makes a fantastic salad dressing, and is ideal for adding flavor to a simple salad.  Ranch dressing is also the base of the recipe “Crack Chicken, that you may have heard about. Basically chicken is slow cooked with the ranch dressing until it shreds apart. I am working on a Crack chicken recipe, so make sure you stay posted.
