  • 2 tablespoons mild or sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder- optional as spicy


  • Combine till well mixed.
  • Store in an airtight container.
